Why would you want aerial video and or Photo shots?

Amongst a whole list of reasons, here are a few examples:

   · An all-round view from the air of your property for keepsake

   · Selling your property, that can be used to pass onto potential buyers, or even your estate agent.

   · If you are an Estate agent looking for above ground HD images and video

   · Buying property (with the present owner’s permission)

   · Before & after scenes (extensions, groundwork etc)

   · Roof inspection

I have a passion to go above and beyond to obtain the best results.

I have recently invested in a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Drone. It has exceptional picture quality through a Hasselblad optical lens but of course, you never get the very best quality on dull cloudy days, so when you book, you may need to be flexible if you want the very best quality. Good to have the sun on the subject but not essential.

Unfortunately, I am unable to fly in inclement weather conditions.

Costs

Costs would vary on the complexity of the project, but I will do my utmost to provide a price once I have the full picture of what is required.

If you live local, I could do a site visit and go through everything with you (no charge)

Basics:

Photo flights start from £120 with up to 20 digital pictures.

If you require size A4 printed pictures, these will be charged at an extra £5.50 each.

For a minimum example, one shot taken from the air = £120 plus a printed version, total = £125.50 inc. P&P

The more you order (printed) the cheaper they will become – Please enquire.

For up to 20 Aerial digital shots only (no prints) = £120.00

4K UHD Video flights start from £150.

For both video and digital aerial shots = £200.00 (saving £70)

Travel is free up to 10 miles from Shepton Mallet (BA4 5GG) then 45p per mile up to a maximum of 50 miles (travel time included)

Before I can take on any aerial work, I would need to do a site survey to make sure I stay within the legal CAA limits. This can be done initially through Google Maps.
